Hercules Auto Grab Guitar Stand with adjustable backrest. This innovative design by Hercules offers perfect support for your instrument. The Auto Grab System is made up of a center yoke and two arms, it is driven by the weight of the guitar or bass. When placed in the yoke, the housing slides down, rotating the arms to secure it.
When you are ready to play, lift up and the AGS automatically releases! The Folding Back Rest flips to support your instrument. Angle it up to adjust the position of your instrument and fold it up all the way for packing and stowing. Delivery is free for all orders to the value of £25.00 or more.
Any orders under the value of £25.00 will be charged £2.50 for next business day delivery.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.
We can only deliver goods to the address at which the credit or debit card is registered, unless payment has been made by postal order, bank transfer, bankers draft or cheque after that choice has cleared,
Unless otherwise advised delivery will be made by our appointed courier normally between the hours of 8am and 5pm and a signature at that address will be required.
All delivery times and dates are subject to availability, regretfully Musical Den International Ltd cannot under any circumstances compensate for delayed orders. Although we will always do our very best to keep you advised.
In the unlikely event that the goods are Damaged during transit or there is a shortage we must be advised within three working days and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement without additional charge as quickly as possible.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
Returns
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used for the purchase of the goods or services, Credit and Debit Card refunds normally take 3 – 6 working days to show on a customer’s account.
Goods that have been altered in any way from their original condition cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned where a specific defect, mark, or fault in the product has been brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Faulty Goods: Within 28 Days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for collection and replacement of faulty goods.
Outside 28 days from the date of delivery we will arrange for the return of the faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for return under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded once the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of Sheet Music or sheet music books, CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
