Musical Den International Limited has been trading since 1994 and opened its first retail shop in 2005. The shop won in its first trading year from Evergreen International Magazine the coveted diploma award for being a shop that provided excellent friendly and helpful service to all who visited. We have since then continued to offer unbiased advice to our customers when requested. The shop and headquarters has a great atmosphere, superb staff that has a well grounded knowledge of all things musical from musical instruments to Sheet music.
Our passion for music goes beyond the boundaries of most retail outlets with an incredible range of products, accessories and sheet music in stock. We are the Aladdin’s Cave of the music industry and if we haven’t got it in stock we can normally obtain it very quickly. We have built our reputation and turnover year on year for the past 5 years in spite of the recession based on services to the customer and are now looking to expand further with a second flagship shop to open within the next few months.
Musical Den has plans for further retail outlets to be located around the UK during the next five years and because we tend to own our premises we are not constrained by sudden changes to our financial position.
Our mission to enable anyone who is interested in music to be able to take on the challenge and improve their skills and knowledge, whether a beginner or long time professional, by offering sound advice, tuition for most instruments, and ensuring that whatever the question the customer will feel comfortable, not embarrassed to ask questions and be able to relax in an atmosphere that is probably the most friendly that you will find anywhere.
