OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order to purchase a product or service from Musical Den International Ltd we will advise you by email confirming the detail and receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product or service which is accepted by us when we have sent a confirmation dispatch email stating we have dispatched your product or completed your service requirement. Any products that are not part of our confirmation Email do not form part of that contract.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
You are free to cancel any order before payment is taken free of charge.
Cancellation requests must be sent by Email to accounts@musicalden.com with the Musical Den reference and the word CANCELLATION in the subject box.
Sheet Music or book orders cannot be cancelled or returned once payment has been taken unless there is a print problem or damage to the product on delivery when in which case the delivery note should have been signed damaged goods if accepted by the customer.
Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid for by the purchaser, except in cases where the goods were proven faulty, have been supplied in error, or mis-described by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser and a collection charge will be confirmed once the collection has been arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered or damaged in anyway by the purchaser from the original condition.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
SEVEN DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In accordance with the regulations (Distance Selling Regulations), any goods can be returned for a refund, less carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packing. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item, you can either return it to us yourself, or contact us to arrange collection. The average cost for collection is between £15 and £30 dependent upon the item.
Please note that this Money Back Guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened (see below) or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software component has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of DVDs or CDs or Sheet Music or Books cannot be returned if the item/s have been opened.
